Instructions

  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, and the browned butter. Whisk until smooth. Add 1 large egg, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
