These Crispy Buffalo Chicken Dip Bombs combine spicy buffalo chicken dip with flaky crescent rolls for a quick, easy, and indulgent snack perfect for game days and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • Optional: sliced green onions or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended and creamy but thick enough to hold shape.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. For smaller bombs, cut each triangle in half for 16 pieces.
  4. Spoon about 1 to 1½ tablespoons of the buffalo chicken filling onto the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling. Pinch edges to seal well.
  6. Place the filled rolls seam side down on the lined baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth filling. Don’t overfill the dough to prevent leaking. Seal edges firmly. Start checking bake time at 15 minutes to avoid burning. For extra crisp, broil 1-2 minutes at the end. Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. Freeze unbaked bombs on a tray, then store in freezer bag; bake from frozen adding a few extra minutes.
