Ingredients

  • Celery sticks (3-inch pieces)
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Cucumber slices (thin rounds)
  • Baby carrots
  • Strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • Blueberries
  • Red grapes (optional)
  • Sharp cheddar cheese cubes
  • Creamy mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Hard salami slices
  • Roasted almonds or mixed nuts
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Greek yogurt (1 cup)
  • Fresh dill (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Fresh chives (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Honey for drizzling (optional)
  • Fresh basil or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash all fresh produce thoroughly.
  2. Slice celery into 3-inch sticks, cucumber into thin rounds, and halve cherry tomatoes.
  3. Hull and halve strawberries. If using grapes, wash and remove stems.
  4. Arrange vegetables and fruits on one side of the platter, grouping similar colors and shapes together.
  5. Cube the cheddar cheese, drain mozzarella balls, and crumble feta cheese.
  6. Arrange cheeses near the veggies, leaving room for salami slices which can be folded or rolled.
  7. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, chopped dill, and chives. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  8. Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and place it on the platter near the fresh veggies.
  9. Scatter roasted almonds or mixed nuts and pretzel sticks in remaining spaces, avoiding crowding softer items.
  10. Drizzle honey over strawberries if desired and sprinkle torn basil or mint leaves over the platter for garnish.
  11. Adjust the arrangement visually and serve at room temperature.

Notes

Prepare most components a few hours ahead but assemble the dip and arrange delicate items like strawberries just before serving to keep freshness. Keep pretzels or crackers separate or on edges to avoid sogginess. Chill platter for 10 minutes before serving if prepping early, but avoid over-chilling the dip.
