A quick and easy Halloween punch made with pineapple juice, limeade, and lemon-lime soda, featuring spooky garnishes like gummy worms and plastic eyeballs. Perfect for parties and guaranteed to be a hit with kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda (e.g., Sprite or 7UP), chilled
  • 1–2 teaspoons green food coloring (gel preferred)
  • 1 cup lime slices (thin)
  • 1 cup gummy worms
  • 1/2 cup plastic eyeballs
  • Ice cubes (optional, or use a large ice ring)

Instructions

  1. Chill the pineapple juice and lemon-lime soda in the fridge for about an hour before making the punch.
  2. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the chilled pineapple juice and thawed limeade concentrate. Whisk until the limeade is fully dissolved.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of green food coloring with 2 tablespoons of the punch base. Stir until smooth, then pour into the punch bowl and mix well. Add more food coloring (up to 1/2 teaspoon at a time) for a deeper green color.
  4. Optional: Refrigerate the punch bowl for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Just before serving, slowly pour the chilled lemon-lime soda down the side of the bowl to preserve carbonation. Stir gently.
  6. Add the lime slices, gummy worms, and plastic eyeballs. Stir gently once more.
  7. Add ice cubes or a large ice ring right before serving.
  8. Ladle into cups, ensuring each cup gets a gummy worm and an eyeball. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add the soda at the last minute to keep it fizzy. Start with less food coloring and add more as needed. For a glow-in-the-dark effect, use tonic water instead of lemon-lime soda. The juice base can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
