This easy no-bake candy corn popcorn bark comes together in minutes with zero oven time. It’s the perfect fall treat with a crunchy, chewy, and salty-sweet balance that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups plain popped popcorn
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup pretzel twists or sticks, broken into pieces (optional)
  • 12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Pop your popcorn according to package directions if using microwave popcorn. If using pre-popped, spread it out on the baking sheet and pick out any unpopped kernels. You want about 8 cups total. Sprinkle the popcorn with a pinch of salt while it’s still warm if using unsalted popcorn. Give it a gentle toss to distribute.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Spread the popcorn in an even, single layer across the sheet. Scatter the candy corn and broken pretzel pieces evenly over the popcorn.
  3. Place the white chocolate wafers or chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Add the coconut oil if using. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes total.
  4. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn mixture. Use your spatula to gently fold and toss the popcorn, coating each piece as evenly as you can. Work quickly.
  5. Spread the coated popcorn mixture back into an even layer on the baking sheet. Press down gently with your spatula to create a somewhat flat surface. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet.
  6. Let the bark set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or pop it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes if you’re in a hurry. The chocolate should be completely firm and no longer sticky to the touch.
  7. Once the bark is fully set, lift it off the parchment paper and break it into pieces with your hands. Aim for bite-sized chunks.

Notes

White chocolate doesn’t like moisture. Make sure all bowls and utensils are completely dry before melting. If candy corn is hard, microwave for 5-10 seconds to soften. For best results, use lightly salted or plain popcorn; heavily buttered popcorn can prevent the white chocolate from sticking.
