Instructions

  1. Prepare the Firecracker Seasoning Mix by combining chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Pat hot dogs dry and rub the firecracker seasoning evenly over each one. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Make the creamy sriracha mayo by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Adjust heat and acidity to taste.
