Instructions

  1. Cut a thick round slice of watermelon about 1 to 1.5 inches thick and roughly 8 inches in diameter. Trim away the rind, leaving just the juicy center.
  2. Place the watermelon slice on a serving plate. Spread 1 cup of Greek yogurt evenly over the top using a spoon or spatula to create a smooth, thick layer.
  3. Slice chosen fruit toppings: strawberries thinly, kiwi peeled and sliced, mango or pineapple into bite-sized chunks. Toss berries gently if desired.
